Signing into your Laptop

Your new RLB laptop has four stages to complete for the first successful sign-in. The process will take no longer than 5 minutes and going forward you will be able to sign into your laptop through Facial Recognition.

Please ensure your laptop is connected to WiFi before you sign in for the first time.

Step 1

Sign in to your RLB Laptop with your Email and Password.

Step 2

Allow laptop to scan your face.

Step 3

Complete security steps by entering the Pin that is sent to your mobile device.

Step 4

Create a new pin for your laptop. This is for use when you cannot use Facial Recognition.
