Our Methodology
RLB Digital follows a defined methodology in the provision of all our Solutions through planning, design, delivery, and ongoing support.an: delivery plan is generated to manage delivery and team engagement aligned to this methodology.
Discover: The team will partake in requirements capture exercises to gain an understanding of the existing data, its configuration, how the content data is collated and managed, prior to its use within the Tool, as well as how the different calculations need to be applied.
Define: Assessment of the data framework established with a view to conversion of this into a series of database tables of information that the tool will be connected to.
Design: The elements of the tool and the data structure will be depicted within graphical boards to map data flow and intended design functionality to align with the requirements.
Build: The construction of the Solution itself will be conducted by the Digital team with as much connectivity and automation to enable seamless use of the tool, including the Quality Assurance input from Sustainability team members.
Test: Testing will be conducted by the Digital team throughout the build and will culminate in a testing (User Acceptance Testing) to be conducted.
Delivery: Once testing has been successfully completed documentation for the solution and how to use the same is produced, and a roll out and implementation plan set out for delivery as a usual operating mechanism.
Support: The SaaS model will allow for support from the technical team to users and will facilitate a change mechanism for future changes / update the Solution.
